Ellie Urquidez is the Designated Broker and Owner of The Home Shop Real Estate, a Queen Creek–based brokerage serving buyers and sellers across the entire Phoenix Valley. She leads with two kinds of experience: the day-to-day knowledge of an agent who still works with clients, and the oversight of a broker responsible for the standards, compliance, and growth of a full brokerage.

Ellie started The Home Shop as a real estate team and built it for three years under local boutique brokerages. In that time she learned what agents need to do well and what clients deserve from the people representing them. In April 2026 she launched The Home Shop Real Estate as an independent brokerage. Today, every transaction benefits from her broker-level view of contracts, negotiation, and risk.

Her own specialty is the East Valley. Her clients get that local insight along with the support of a brokerage that serves the whole Valley.

A UK native, Ellie came to real estate for independence and more time with the people she loves. That purpose shapes The Home Shop's mission and shapes how she serves clients. She sees a home not just as a place to live, but as one of the most important steps a family can take toward its future.
